​​BRO. is a textile project by Ivana Kocmanová, an embroidery artist and designer based in Prague, Czech Republic. Inspired by photography, she uses hand embroidery as a medium to explore the contemporary world and her inner self, always with a touch of imaginative exaggeration. Her vision is deeply shaped by urban life, subcultures, and street fashion. Her work often engages with themes of personal freedom, motherhood, and feminism. She exhibits both in the Czech Republic and abroad, has been nominated for the Czech Grand Design Award, and her embroideries are part of the permanent collection of the Moravian Gallery in Brno.
